St Patrick’s Day at Paradise Coast Sports Complex

On Saturday, March 13, you’ll get lucky with the United Arts Council of Collier County at Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples during the first ever St. Patrick’s Day Music & Arts Celebration. You’ll be rolling your “R’s” and dancing a jig to some of your favorite Celtic tunes performed by Donnacha Tierney and Ian Barksdale and his band. If you don’t feel like dancing, Kellyn Celtic Arts Irish Dance has plenty of moves to go around. There will be magically delicious food trucks, local vendors, live music, local artists, and a kids creation station just for the little leprechauns of the bunch.

General admission tickets are only $20, and children under the age of 10 are free! Those interested in an upgraded experience can purchase a VIP ticket for $50, which provides access to the VIP area, two drinks on the house, a classic Irish meal of bangers and mash, gift bag and more. We’re limiting our attendance to ensure extra space for social distancing, so get your tickets today to ensure your attendance at this exciting event.

  • During the 12 months ending February 28, 2021, a total of 663 new listings were added to the market, an increase of 4% compared to the same time period 12 months ending February 29, 2020.

  • The number of closed sales in the 12 months ending February 28, 2021 for the Naples and Bonita Springs Area increased 29% year-over-year (9,091 vs 7,062).
  • There were 68 closed sales, priced above two million in February 2021 compared to 37 in February 2020, an 84% increase. During the 12 months ending February 28, 2021, sales in this category increased 78% over the same time period in 2020 (695 vs 390).

NEW LISTINGS / INVENTORY

  • During the 12 months ending February 28, 2021, a total of 9,964 new listings were added to the market, a decrease of 2% vs the same time period 12 months ending February 29, 2020.
  • Available inventory as of February 28, 2021 consisted of 3,252 units, a decrease of 36% vs the same time period in 2020. Current inventory represents 4.4 months of supply based on current absorption rates.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALES PRICE

  • The year-over-year average sales price for the area was $812,857 a 19% increase vs the same time period in 2020.
  • The median sales price for the area in February 2021 increased 22% to $495,000 vs February 2020.

  • During the 12 months ending February 28, 2021, a total of 8,064 new listings were added to the market, a 2% increase vs the same time period 12 months ending February 29, 2020.

This is a superior NAPLES 5K chip-timed race course with historically over 250 registrants and growing because of YOU! Starting in the parking lot of the most picturesque beach in Naples: Lowdermilk Park! The course winds through the serene streets of beautifully maintained beachfront neighborhoods before looping back to Lowdermilk Park to the finish line. Your shoes are safe – all pavement running, with no running on the beach sand. Select students from the award-winning Naples High School Band will perform our NATIONAL ANTHEM at the start of the race! Last year FIRST WATCH The Daytime Café provided the fruit, muffins, juice and an abundance of hot coffee. Using your bib number, a number of $20-$50 discount coupons will be RAFFLED. Tons of fun!   • The number of closed sales in the 12 months ending January 31, 2021 for the Naples and Bonita Springs Area increased 29% year-over-year (8,859 vs 6,892).
  • There were 67 closed sales, priced above two million, in January 2021 compared to 38 in January 2020, a 76% increase. During the 12 months ending January 31, 2021, sales in this category increased 73% over the same time period in 2020 (662 vs 382). 

NEW LISTINGS / INVENTORY

  • During the 12 months ending January 31, 2021, a total of 10,065 new listings were added to the market, remaining relatively the same with a decrease of 1% vs the same time period 12 months ending January 31, 2020. 
  • Available inventory as of January 31, 2021 consisted of 3,194 units, a decrease of 35% vs the same time period in 2020. Current inventory represents 4.9 months of supply based on current absorption rates. 

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALES PRICE

  • The year-over-year average sales price for the area was $786,153 a 14% increase vs the same time period in 2020.
