When it comes to buying real estate, persistence is power.

With over two decades of real estate experience focused in Southwest Florida, I have shown many homes in this area and in every building along Gulf Shore Boulevard.

The first step is to contact us! 

We will then point you in the right direction on which lender to speak with and obtain a pre-approval. This will tell you, and potential sellers, how much you can afford.

As your agent I will:

● Meet with you to discuss your search criteria, timing and goals for your purchase. 

● Set up a property search portal based on your desired criteria to update you the second a property matching your search criteria hit the market.

● Reach out to other agents who might have “off market” properties to sell.

● Put you in touch with lenders, if required to obtain pre-approval.

● Set up and accompany you on all community and property showings.

● Complete comprehensive market analysis to determine value. 

● Ensure contract is property negotiated.

● Verify all supplemental documentation to ensure the contract is completed properly.

● Ensure all Homeowners Association or Condominium Association disclosures are received and signed.

● Ensure all Homeowners Association or Condominium Association documents are received and reviewed.

● Set you up with a highly skilled closing attorney or title company.

● Set up and accompany all inspections for the property prior to closing.

● Coordinate and ensure all deposits are received per the dates of the contract.

● Ensure Homeowners Association or Condominium Association Application is submitted with proper documentation.

● Provide you with contact for a highly reputable homeowners insurance agent, if needed.

● If you are obtaining a mortgage ensure appraisal, survey, and any other required items are completed.

● Work closely with lender, attorney and/or title company throughout the closing process.

● Attend final walk through with you prior to closing.

● Provide referrals for contractors to clients if needed.
