New Aqua condominium in North Naples closes on $20 million in sales

Waterfront condominium community, Aqua, at the site formerly occupied by Wiggins Pass Marina has closed on more than $20 million in sales in the past two weeks and more closings are scheduled in the next two weeks. The community offers a private deep-water yacht harbor with 29 private boat slips. Prices at the Aqua start at $1.5 million and about half of the 48 units in the first building have been sold. Residents will enjoy a resort-style pool, a fitness center and spa, a private dining room, theater and
business center. Owners will also have access to a luxury suite to accommodate visiting family and friends. Some of the other perks include a valet and concierge that can arrange everything from grocery delivery to pet care.
Aqua Street Side
Aqua, located at 13675 Vanderbilt Drive at Wiggins Pass Road has two models for potential buyers to go through. A second building is planned but not yet under construction.
