Characteristic to the other luxurious neighborhoods like Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples, Moorings and Park Shore, Royal Harbor has its healthy share of newer single family homes.

Condos in this community have various rental policies in place however there are no rental restrictions in Royal Harbor when it comes to single family homes.
