The magic of the holidays returns to downtown Naples with the 48th Annual Christmas on Third celebration, marking the official start of the season on Third Street South. This beloved Naples tradition transforms the historic district into a winter wonderland filled with music, lights, and holiday cheer.

The North Pole on Third

Kicking off the festivities, The North Pole on Third brings St. Nick’s Workshop to life with charming displays, festive storefronts, and the joyful spirit of Christmas throughout the month. Visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, and a full calendar of seasonal events for all ages.

Official Tree Lighting Celebration

The highlight of the season, the Third Street South Tree Lighting and Snowfall, takes place Monday, November 24th, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The evening features live musical performances, beautifully decorated shop windows, and even a gentle snowfall drifting through the streets.

The celebration begins with a 3:00 p.m. street closure, followed by Santa’s arrival at 6:15 p.m., and the official tree lighting and first snowfall at 6:20 p.m. Guests are encouraged to stroll along the avenues, enjoy treats from local vendors, and soak in the festive atmosphere. Restaurants and shops will remain open with extended hours, and dining reservations are highly recommended.
