Naples St. Patrick’s Day Parade
March 12, 2022 | 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Wear your green and enjoy the revelry of the 40th annual Naples St. Patrick’s Day Parade, followed by an all-day celebration with live music at Sugden Plaza on Fifth Avenue South. Forty years ago a group of fun-loving Neapolitan’s got together and decided to have a parade to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Through the hard work of many volunteers and the generous support of patrons, the parade has prospered in the decades since. It is now the largest privately-funded Parade in the state. It draws over 40,000 people to downtown Naples each year to celebrate Irish heritage and Irish culture in America.
The parade is sponsored by the the Naples St. Patrick foundation, a non-profit charitable organization.
The parade starts at the corner of 3rd Street South and 10th Ave. It turns East onto 5th Ave S and then East on 8th Street South to finish in front of the Naples City Hall.
Parking: The city suggests parking in the two downtown parking garages. Plan to arrive early. Road closures: 5th Avenue South will be closed 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3rd Avenue will be closed 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
