  • During the 12 months ending July 31, 2021, a total of 736 new listings were added to the market, an increase of 12% compared to the same time period 12 months ending July 31, 2020.

  • Available inventory as of July 31, 2021 consisted of 185 units, a decrease of 50% vs the same time period in 2020 (185 vs 369). Current inventory represents 4.7 months of supply based on current absorption rates.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALES PRICE

  • The year-over-year average sales price for the area was $4,315,320 an increase of 20% vs the same time period in 2020.

  • The median sales price for the area in July 2021 increased 31% to $3,600,000 vs July 2020.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALES PRICE
