The Strada, developed by The Lutgert Companies of Naples, is the first of two residential communities at The Mercato. There are ten floor plans and some fully furnished models available to tour by appointment. The 92 luxury residences, on the second through fifth floors, will overlook the cresent-shaped Main Street of The Mercato. The residences range from 1,000 to 2,400 square feet with one to three bedrooms and include a complete interior finish package consisting of wood, tile and carpeted floors,granite countertops, crown molding,marble master baths, wood panel front or stainless steel front kitchen appliances, Ray Routh cabinetry, gas cook tops and
pendant lighting. Each residence has 9-foot, 8-inch ceilings, enhanced sound abatement and commercial grade windows with hurricane impact glass. Also included are two parking spaces per residence in an adjacent, private parking garage, secured entrances and individual air-conditioned storage areas.
Residents of The Strada will enjoy many amenities including a resort-style pool with a cascading waterfall, private sun decks and a hydro-therapy spa. The outside social deck has a bar, firepit, barbeque grills and a veranda. A rooftop dog walk area is alsodesigned for pet owners.
The amenities continue in a clubhouse offering a billards room, an entertaining area with a fireplace, a flat-screen television, a full-sized kitchen and exercise areas. To transport residents to Vanderbilt Beach, a private beach shuttle will be available.
Mercato will have many shops, restaurants and even a movie theater opening in the coming months. Already open are Whole Foods Market, The Capital Grille, McCormick & Schmick’s, AZN, Coldwater Creek, Sur La Table, Z Gallerie, Books-A-Million and Gigi’s Children’s Boutique.
Residences are priced from the $500’s to more than $1 million.
